Postal cores are needed when ordering online and having delivery done, to keep the print safe.  If you are collecting there is no need to purchase a postal core.  If you are buying a postal core in which to post your dtf transfer there is no additional shipping fees for the core, however, if you are buying multiple cores for your own use there will be a shipping fee incurred (if you aren't buying a dtf print at the same time)
