  1. The majority of our products are customised specifically for each customer.  We are only able to accept returns if the product/apparel is received in a damaged state and/or the incorrect size or style of apparel is supplied.  In this case please email us on with the heading "Returns" and explain the issue.  We will then communicate further with you as to how we can resolve the matter.  We would usually ask for the item to be returned to us and then we would send you the correct item.
